Campus Representative | Summer Doodles

As the University of Georgia Campus Representative for Summer Doodles, I independently manage the brand's presence across the UGA and Athens communities while working remotely with the company's owner, who is based in Columbia, South Carolina. I coordinate event scheduling, partnerships, inventory, and communications through digital collaboration, then execute pop-up events on campus by representing the brand in person.

As Summer Doodles' presence at UGA has grown, I have expanded our campus outreach by developing relationships with student organizations, local businesses, and the Greek community. Increased demand has led to multiple concurrent events, requiring me to recruit, train, and manage a team of student assistants to represent the brand at several locations simultaneously. I oversee event logistics, prepare inventory, train team members on point-of-sale software and customer engagement, and ensure each event reflects the quality and professionalism of the brand.

This role has strengthened my leadership, project management, communication, and marketing skills while demonstrating my ability to build a successful campus program, manage people, and execute large-scale event operations with minimal supervision.
