This Studio IV group project reimagines the historic courthouse in Baxley, Georgia, as a boutique hotel through an adaptive reuse strategy. The design preserves the building’s historic character while introducing a layered hospitality experience, featuring guest rooms, a second-floor bar, and a lounge that connects visitors and the local community.
